Capped to 70 attendees, by invitation only.

This year, BOLO is pleased to introduce an exclusive track for principals, partners and presidents of agencies. We call it the 3P Track and it’s designed to give attendees a leg-up on competitors.

In addition to the speakers at BOLO, this exclusive 3P Track takes a deep-dive into the business issues facing our agencies, including:

• Better leveraging one another in competing with large agencies and holding companies,

• Creating environments that foster the entrepreneurial zest of our best employees, and in doing so keeping them with us for longer,

• Creating a digitally-immersed culture where digital media is something every department knows and loves, not just the interactive director sitting in the corner,

• Setting yourself up for the increased competition from other agencies, in-house departments and media companies to name a few.

Capped at 70 attendees, this intimate group meets during the conference on Tuesday afternoon for a deep dive into agency management, people management and digital marketing competencies faced by agency leaders now more than ever. This track is a by-invitation-only track with no additional fees (just the normal cost of registration).

We are pleased 3P will be presented in 2010 by leading national authors and experts in entrepreneurship, leadership, change management and digital agency ownership. Leading the charge is Bo Burlingham, Editor-at-Large for Inc. Magazine and author of Small Giants: Companies that Choose to be Great Instead of Big. Bo will start us off with a keynote followed by a facilitated discussion in which you can ask specific questions related to our industry and your specific situation.

Next, we’ll hear from Pam Slim, author of Escape From Cubicle Nation. She’ll discuss the importance of leadership style and how you influence the entire culture within your agency. She’ll lead a discussion on keeping good people in a time when many learn skills from us, then go out on their own.

We’ll end with Bret Giles, president of agencyside and Co-Founder of Sitewire , who will lead a discussion on digital marketing and the need for your agency to be as digitally-immersed as possible, from your account people to your creatives, your media planners to your accountant.

We hope you are as excited to participate as we are to host this addition to BOLO. If you have not yet received an invitation, request one by contacting Lacey Brown, Director of Marketing & Membership at lacey.brown@agencyside.net or 480.355.0074. Remember, we will limit this group to no more than 70 attendees, so make your request early!

NOTE: To attend the 3P Track, you must be registered for the BOLO Conference, although no additional fees or charges apply.
